Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our company as an HR Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the first point of contact for all internal enquiries relating to HR, providing advice on terms and conditions of employment and employment policies.
  2. Support managers and employees with a wide range of queries, including processing and onboarding starters, conducting background checks, and preparing employment contracts.
  3. Provide HR administration support, including creating and maintaining employee data, records, and documents, and ensuring compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
  4. Assist the HR team with administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, stationary inventory, and food orders, and maintaining a log of employees and visitors entering and exiting the premises.
  5. Support the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, liaising with agencies, and preparing reports on recruitment activities.
  6. Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and wellness programs.

Requirements:

  • Punctual, reliable, and excellent communication skills for in-person, email, and telephone calls.
  • Previous experience supporting a HR function.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 3 obtained or working towards qualification.
