2nd Line Support Analyst

Interface Recruitment UK is seeking a skilled 2nd Line Support Analyst to join our client's team. As a key member of the IT Helpdesk, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving complex issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-users with 1st and 2nd line incident tickets
  • Work with end-users on service and process tickets
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service
  • Be the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance
  • Follow-up and update customer/ticket status and information

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge and experience of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and printers/iPhones/tablets
  • Experience of working on an IT Helpdesk and at least 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Prioritizing workload in line with IT and Business priorities
  • Hardware/Software diagnosis and fault finding skills
  • Excellent documentation skills and strong communication skills
  • A logical approach to problem solving and self-motivation
