Job Title: Assistant Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Willesden. In this pivotal role, you will be working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Manager in supporting the kit room team to work efficiently.
  • Be hands-on as needed, including driving the fleet vehicles for deliveries and collections.
  • Load, unload, prepare, and check equipment.
  • Support the Operations Manager in maintaining and developing systems to optimize workflows and manage rental and sales stock.
  • Supervise casual staff to ensure the company's high standards of service are maintained.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A clean UK driving license with experience driving vans (Luton lowloader equivalent) preferably in London.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
