As a dedicated and experienced professional, you will support both a lettings department and build office, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming general inquiries from tenants, landlords, and contractors, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Schedule and accompany viewings, as well as conduct property inspections to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with tradespeople to address maintenance issues and ensure property safety.
  • Ensure property compliance and keep safety certificates up to date, maintaining accurate records.
  • Notify utility companies of tenant changes, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Respond to email queries and provide necessary information to Senior Contract Managers for cost estimations.
  • Prepare and submit quotes on portals based on provided information, meeting deadlines.
  • Administer tender opportunities on a council portal for disabled modification works, ensuring efficient processing.
  • Accurately record all relevant information on the internal system, monitoring systems to prevent overlooked quotes or missed deadlines.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's administration experience, with previous experience in lettings and property management beneficial.
  • A valid driving license, excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing diverse responsibilities with precision.
  • A self-motivated and proactive attitude, confident in using initiative when working independently.
  • A team player, with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
  • IT Proficiency (including MS Office).
