About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for managing complex relationships with our most strategically forward-thinking clients, delivering growth for both Verve Group and our advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts with end-to-end responsibility, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
- Analyze, monitor, optimize, and improve programmatic campaigns to drive maximum ROI for our clients.
- Manage and grow a large book of mobile advertiser accounts, building strong long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client goals, leveraging Verve Group's expertise in programmatic advertising.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, companies, and opportunities, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets and communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
