We are in search of a committed Executive Support Specialist to collaborate with our Insights & Analytics division. In this capacity, you will deliver crucial administrative and secretarial assistance, serving as a central contact for the team. The ideal candidate will be highly driven, possessing exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. This role presents a blend of autonomous tasks and collaborative support for team members as we pursue digital excellence across various sectors.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee calendars and organize meetings
  • Manage email communications and prioritize assignments
  • Facilitate meeting preparations and documentation
  • Engage effectively with colleagues
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Monitor expenses and maintain accurate records
  • Assist in coordinating digital projects
  • Perform additional PA responsibilities as required
  • Comply with company policies and security protocols

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a PA or comparable position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
