Outbound Customer Sales Representative

ER Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Customer Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own diary to generate new leads, appointments, and referrals
  • Actively make outbound calls to achieve scheduled sales opportunities with business owners and directors
  • Work with the Business Development Manager to generate a quarterly plan to maximize sales opportunities
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline
About You:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional B2B or B2C environment
  • Inspired to work in a fast-paced, target-focussed culture with high-energy and high-reward
  • Pro-active and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and organization skills
  • Professional and intelligent approach to work
