An exciting opportunity is available for a seasoned HR Manager to join a contemporary manufacturing firm. This pivotal HR Manager position is integral to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), providing the selected candidate with the opportunity to influence the strategic trajectory of the organization significantly. This role is ideal for an established HR Manager or a HR Business Partner/Advisor aspiring to step into a managerial capacity.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive HR operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and adherence to employment regulations.
  • Formulate and execute HR policies and practices that promote organizational growth and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to secure and maintain high-caliber talent.
  • Lead initiatives in employee relations, cultivating a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Offer expert guidance and assistance to management and staff on HR-related issues.
  • Champion performance management and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a standalone HR Manager capacity, preferably within a manufacturing or analogous sector.
  • CIPD Level 5 certification is strongly preferred.
  • Robust understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capability to influence and engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a practical approach.
