Job Summary:

Green Folk Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Senior Leadership Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic direction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Function Oversight: Ensure alignment with the company's objectives and compliance with employment legislation.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business growth and employee engagement.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Lead employee relations initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • HR Advice and Support: Provide expert advice and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters.
  • Performance Management: Drive performance management and professional development programs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a standalone HR Business Partner role, ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
