Job Summary:
Retail Human Resources plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the business by developing and implementing strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 150 employees and provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, and sickness issues.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and provide coaching and mentoring to employees to aid their learning and development.
- Support the business in developing and implementing recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to managers and employees, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR business partnering, with a strong understanding of employee relations and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Experience in coaching and delivering training sessions, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
