Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing a robust recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and administration.
  • Provide coaching and training to managers on HR best practices and company values.
  • Manage Employee Relations cases and ensure smooth resolution.
  • Streamline processes and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and impact of optimized services.

Requirements:

  • Strong HR analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Project management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring process improvement initiatives.
  • Adaptability and continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving processes.
  • Agile mindset for driving continuous improvement.
  • Expertise in Employee Relations, Occupational Health, Ethics, Core HR, Payroll, People Advisory processes, Talent Management & Learning.
