Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing food and refreshments, and maintaining high standards of product quality and store cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serving Customers
    • Provide timely and friendly service to customers
    • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Food and Beverage Preparation
    • Prepare and serve food and refreshments to customers
    • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Store Maintenance
    • Ensure the store is clean and tidy at all times
    • Maintain high standards of product quality and store cleanliness
