The Role
We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Client Services Voice team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for answering incoming telephone queries from a wide range of clients, including investors, financial institutions, and independent financial advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to complex customer queries
- Gain a deep understanding of our investment products, including ISAs, Unit Trusts, Investment Trusts, and OEICs
- Work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop your skills and knowledge

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience working in customer-facing roles, either face-to-face or over the phone, we'd love to hear from you.
