We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience by handling inbound calls in a supportive and development-focused working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class customer service to clients, IFA's, investors, and other financial institutions
  • Complete first contact resolution and provide full training to support this goal
  • Gain a great insight into the industry and develop skills in account servicing, raising work, requesting investigations, and portfolio valuations
  • Deal with different investment products, such as ISA's, Unit Trusts, Investment Trusts, and OEIC's

Requirements

  • Good customer focus and complaint handling skills
  • Excellent PC & keyboard skills
  • Excellent call handling skills with a great telephone manner
  • Organisation and time management skills to prioritise workloads
