As a Clinical Assessment Nurse, you will assess patients and generate comprehensive case reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), collaborating within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) of Allied Health Professionals (AHPs).

Responsibilities:
· Conduct a mix of file reviews and in-person assessments of clients regarding various benefits, providing detailed reports to the DWP. File reviews involve analyzing medical evidence in written or electronic formats to determine the need for an in-person assessment. Assessments focus on how disabilities affect clients' daily work-related activities.
· Utilize IT software tools to support clinical decision-making during file reviews and assessments.
· Provide thorough reports to enable DWP Decision Makers to make informed benefit claim decisions.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years' experience in acute clinical settings
· Broad clinical experience in an acute environment
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· A positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor
· Strong computer and IT proficiency
· Right to work in the UK
· Ability to work independently and as part of a focused team
· Adaptability and resilience under pressure
