Essential Qualifications:

  • Qualification in early years education and care, ideally at NVQ Level 3 or higher, with a preference for degree-level candidates.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a nursery environment.
  • Knowledge of special educational needs and commitment to equality of opportunity.
  • Current paediatric first-aid and food hygiene certifications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in nursery administration, including invoicing, payroll, and timesheet management.
