professional with a robust background in customer relations who can deliver a warm and

inviting atmosphere at our reception area, located in a prestigious setting.

This role entails taking charge of the reception space and overseeing a team of receptionists to ensure a smooth and

memorable welcome, while collaborating with service partners to foster a unified team spirit.

A keen understanding of customer expectations and a meticulous attention to

detail will be essential in supporting the management team and nurturing

strong, enduring relationships with clients. Outstanding communication

skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for success in this position, along with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the reception team with a focus on exemplary service.
  • Guarantee that our high standards of guest experience are consistently met.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both in person and through written correspondence.
  • Maintain an exceptional standard of service at all times.
  • Handle interactions with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Conduct team meetings and training sessions to promote a collaborative approach.
  • Take full responsibility for the reception area, including health & safety, reporting defects, and enhancing the guest experience.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client services, addressing both reactive and proactive service requests.
  • Play a key role in emergency planning and disaster recovery.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training, including health & safety compliance.
  • Champion our customer service initiatives and oversee their implementation.
  • Conduct staff appraisals and manage HR-related processes.
  • Foster and strengthen client relationships through effective communication.

Personal Specification:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Innovative and proactive mindset.
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional service within the industry.
  • Experience in a similar role, such as Customer Service Manager or Hospitality Manager.
  • Strong team management experience.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of delivering presentations.
