The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the central point of contact for customer care and vehicle lifecycle support. You will work closely with sales, parts, and technicians to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and consistent estimates
  • Scheduling work to meet customer requirements
  • Tracking and reporting issues that could affect customer satisfaction or team targets
  • Encouraging the sale of Toyota parts and accessories
  • Ensuring that opportunities to connect with the customer are not missed by other teams
  • Connecting personally with customers following service or repairs to ensure total resolution and customer satisfaction

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. You will have previous experience in customer service and be able to thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment. You will also have strong IT skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
