Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies within your current customer base and in targeted competitive accounts to achieve profit growth objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with both current and prospective clients to assess their business needs and propose plans for continuous improvement and innovation that will enhance sales.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives at plants or facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety training and standards.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients, addressing and resolving challenges as they arise.
  • Forecast revenue and profitability for your assigned accounts.
  • Engage in analytical problem-solving, interpreting data, and delivering actionable recommendations to optimize customer operations.
  • Promote and support Ecolab's innovations and technologies within your customer accounts to foster long-term business relationships.

Location Information:

This position is based in England, focusing on accounts within the paper industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry).
  • Proven experience in technical sales and sales management.
  • A valid Driver's License with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Note: Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the water treatment or specialty chemical sectors.
