Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies within your existing customer base and in strategically important accounts to achieve profit growth targets.

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives at plants or facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety training and performance standards.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients, addressing and resolving challenges as necessary.
  • Forecast revenue and profitability for your assigned customer accounts.
  • Engage in analytical problem-solving, interpreting data to provide actionable recommendations that optimize customer operations.
  • Promote and support Ecolab's innovative solutions and technologies within your assigned accounts to foster long-term partnerships.

Location Information:

This position is based in a designated region, focusing on accounts within the paper manufacturing sector.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry).
  • Proven experience in technical sales and sales management.
  • A valid Driver's License with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Please note that immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the water treatment or specialty chemical sectors.
