Position Overview:

We are seeking a Client Success Executive - Renewals to join our dynamic team in Manchester. This role is pivotal in ensuring our business clients receive exceptional service during the contract renewal process. You will be responsible for gathering essential information about clients and their properties, enabling Altus to optimize client savings and enhance revenue throughout the contract duration.

As a Client Success Executive - Renewals, you will foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively managing their expectations and ensuring satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Actively manage a portfolio of commercial clients, guiding them through the renewal process while serving as a trusted advisor. Expectation Management: Clearly articulate processes and timelines to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding. Relationship Building: Develop rapport with clients to identify renewal opportunities and promote additional Altus Group services when appropriate. Data Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records, reflecting any changes accurately. Opportunity Identification: Proactively seek renewal and referral opportunities for other Altus Group services to maximize client savings.

Key Qualifications:

Positive Attitude: You bring enthusiasm and a proactive approach to your role. Customer Focused: With at least 12 months of experience in telephone-based customer service, you understand the significance of outstanding client service. Experience: Ideally, you have a background in telephone-based renewals or retention roles, with skills in cross-selling and upselling. Relationship Building: Your ability to engage clients and earn their trust is exceptional. Goal-Oriented: You are driven by delivering excellent service and achieving set targets. Excellent Communicator: You possess a professional telephone manner and can write clear, concise emails and reports. Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and quick to adapt to new tools.
