Your Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager who will take full responsibility for a portfolio of clients. In this role, you will collaborate with customers to comprehend their business objectives, ensuring the delivery of return on investment throughout the customer journey. As a trusted advisor, you will advocate for customer needs by engaging with key stakeholders to maximize value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market clients, focusing on proactive product activation and adoption.
  • Partner with clients to identify their current and future business goals, translating these into strategies that leverage our training solutions.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Become a product expert, guiding clients on training best practices.
  • Influence product strategy by representing the voice of the customer to enhance adoption and retention.
  • Work alongside the sales team to pinpoint opportunities and ensure seamless renewals.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Customer Success Manager position.
  • Ability to utilize data across various tools to inform and implement strategies that drive product adoption.
  • Strong persuasion and presentation skills, capable of communicating effectively at all organizational levels.
  • A genuine passion for fostering long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues.
  • Empathy and active listening skills to understand customer challenges and take appropriate action.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities.
