Job Summary

The Property Manager is a key role within Lambert Smith Hampton, responsible for delivering exceptional management services to a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings and estates. This position serves as the primary point of contact with clients, freeholders, and leaseholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Inspections and Maintenance
    • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
    • Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports to stakeholders
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets for client accounts
    • Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and reporting
  • Insurance and Risk Management
    • Manage building, directors, and officers insurance policies
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the portfolio
  • Meetings and Communication
    • Organize and facilitate EGMs, AGMs, directors' meetings, and residents' meetings
    • Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders
  • Administration and Correspondence
    • Manage correspondence and documentation related to property sales, lease assignments, and other transactions
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Lease Compliance and Enforcement
    • Monitor and enforce lease agreements to prevent breaches
    • Work with contractors and stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Property Sales and Transactions
    • Coordinate property sales, including lease assignments and other transactions
    • Ensure smooth transfer of ownership and management responsibilities
  • Complaint Resolution
    • Investigate and resolve complaints from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
    • Implement corrective actions to prevent future issues
