The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Facilities Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring our offices are always in top shape and ready for action.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Collect and distribute mail and packages
- Assist with health and safety measures
- Provide general support to the office team
- Manage on-site issues and incidents
Requirements
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to help others
- Ability to travel to our offices in Exeter, Teignmouth, and Newton Abbot
- Previous office experience is a plus, but full training will be provided
