About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Engineer to join our team at Pareto Facilities Management. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' assets and providing exceptional maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Asset Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the timely completion of all maintenance and reactive tasks associated with client assets, serving as the first line of response for all associated M&E and Fabric issues.
  • Inspections and Record Keeping: Conduct regular and periodic inspections to maintain the efficiency and safety of M&E installations, including fire safety, firefighting equipment, and security systems. Maintain accurate records and computer-based record management systems to nationally agreed standards.
  • Maintenance Works and Projects: Carry out all necessary maintenance works on M&E services and installations, ensuring that works are completed to standard and against budget. Assist with the preparation of delegated planned maintenance projects, including schedules and specifications, and audit, supervise, and check works on completion.
  • Technical Advice and Support: Provide technical M&E advice and support to clients, liaising with other professionals undertaking project work and contributing site and maintenance information where required.
  • Asset Management and Planning: Work with clients to develop and implement Asset Management Plans, informing the planning and management of works across the estate. Ensure the effective implementation of the Asset Management Plan and undertake other works of a similar nature as required and directed by the client and Pareto FM Account Manager.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles and systems, with previous experience of performing a Building Services Engineer role.
  • Qualifications and Certifications: Relevant qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work unsupervised to a high quality, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
