About the Role

We are seeking a talented Programmatic Director to lead our programmatic campaigns and drive exceptional results for our clients. You will be responsible for managing a team of experts, developing innovative strategies, and ensuring flawless execution across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of data-driven programmatic campaigns that align with client objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key partners in the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, ad exchanges, and publishers.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of programmatic specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying new opportunities to enhance campaign performance and client value.
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients, translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven track record of success in programmatic advertising, with a deep understanding of DSPs, ad serving technologies, and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
