Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily planning, optimization, and reporting tasks across various Programmatic platforms.
- Assist in formulating high-quality campaign strategies that encompass brand awareness to conversion, aimed at achieving and exceeding client KPIs.
- Engage with client representatives to comprehend their business objectives, needs, and foster robust working relationships.
- Recognize how Programmatic integrates with the broader marketing ecosystem. Collaborate with the wider team to pinpoint opportunities for Programmatic initiatives.
- Establish connections with publishers and key partners to enhance agency value.
- Effectively communicate campaign results to clients alongside the broader team, highlighting trends, opportunities, and providing a clear rationale for performance outcomes.
- Support new business initiatives through account evaluations and actionable recommendations.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient understanding of Programmatic platforms, including DSPs, Ad Servers, and Brand Safety Verification tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or comparable web analytics solutions.
- Experience managing Programmatic campaigns with budgets exceeding £20,000 monthly.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in responding to full-funnel campaign briefs.
- Ability to present and clarify campaign performance to diverse client stakeholders.
- Capability to develop testing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Innovative mindset to deliver award-winning solutions for clients.
- Skill in interpreting extensive datasets, identifying trends, and articulating key insights.
- Understanding of how Programmatic effectively operates within a multichannel, integrated marketing plan.
Desirable Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Programmatic strategy and execution.
- Experience managing Programmatic accounts across various sectors and markets.
- Experience collaborating with Publishers and Partners to execute sophisticated branding campaigns.
- Proficiency in modern European languages, both written and spoken.
