Job Overview

In this role, you will be engaging in a variety of tasks that support the Integrated Governance team at Connect Health Group Limited. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with the Head of Safeguarding, Patient Experience, and Internal Audit to effectively manage the team's operational duties. You will ensure that all new Claims are promptly identified and addressed, maintaining an up-to-date database of all Claims. Additionally, you will be responsible for verifying the identity of patients or third parties requesting access to sensitive patient information, ensuring that all legal documents are handled with the utmost confidentiality and security.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized individual to assist with administrative tasks within the Integrated Governance team, ensuring that Connect Health meets its quality benchmarks. Your role will predominantly involve managing Clinical Negligence claims, processing medication orders, compiling audit reports, and tracking outcomes. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Governance team by coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items. This position is vital for the continued growth and development of Connect Health.
