Territory Sales Manager – Negative Pressure Wound Therapy
East Anglia Region – 12 month contract - £29.51ph
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in East Anglia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing our Medical Surgical Solutions Value Proposition for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy in both the Acute, Community and hospital Settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage favourable relationships with key decision makers and department leaders across a wide range of roles, including clinicians, procurement, department leaders and technical departments.
- Drive pre-tender market consultation, implement tender contracts and introduce new products.
- Support value-based pricing to drive profitable growth.
- Create value with total concept, including hardware, products and service.
- Develop and execute a business plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration and product use.
- Experience selling to consultants/NPWT experience, clinical or industry.
About You:
- Life Science/Business/Clinical/Nurse degree and/or relevant experience, preferred.
- Clinical/sales experience of Negative Pressure Wound Therapy solutions/products.
- Experience of selling medical equipment/machines or relevant clinical experience.
- Ability to manage key accounts and opportunities through professional customer relationship management process and application.
- Current, valid driver's license required, as you will be issued a company vehicle for this position.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, essential.
- Ability to travel 50% of your time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc).
