We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in East Anglia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing our Medical Surgical Solutions Value Proposition for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy in various settings.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers and department leaders in the healthcare sector.
  • Drive pre-tender market consultation, implement tender contracts, and introduce new products.
  • Support value-based pricing to drive profitable growth.
  • Create value through total concept, including hardware, products, and service.
  • Develop and execute a business plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and product use.
  • Sell to consultants and have experience with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy solutions or products.


About You:


  • You hold a Life Science, Business, Clinical, or Nurse degree, or have relevant experience.
  • You have clinical or sales experience with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy solutions or products.
  • You have experience selling medical equipment or machines, or have relevant clinical experience.
  • You can manage key accounts and opportunities through professional customer relationship management.
  • You have a current, valid driver's license and are willing to travel 50% of the time.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
