About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our successful sales team, covering Essex, Suffolk, and Hertfordshire. As a key member of our Urology portfolio team, you will be responsible for the direct sales and promotion of our Urology products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales opportunities within your territory through to successful completion using our Integrated Sales Process.
  • Accurately and regularly forecast sales opportunities.
  • Represent our organisation at face-to-face/virtual exhibitions, workshops, and educational meetings.
  • Deliver post-sales training, commissioning, and support for new and existing customers across our product portfolio.
  • Develop and deliver customer sales presentations in conjunction with customer requirements and communicate our solutions and value propositions.
  • Use the Integrated Sales Process and relevant selling techniques to progress opportunities.
  • Have a robust understanding of our product portfolio within the business unit.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a field sales environment, within the healthcare industry.
  • Self-motivated with a strong will to succeed.
  • Highly skilled in organising and planning multiple demands and priorities.
  • Demonstrate high levels of integrity in dealings with external and internal customers.
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
  • Highly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Focused personal continuous improvement and development.
