Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our employability programme, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals referred to us by their Job Centre Work Coaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote our employability programme positively and effectively communicate its benefits to participants.
  • Complete the pre-referral process, including warm handover meetings, to ensure a smooth transition for participants.
  • Accurately record all information using our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Research and clarify required information using available resources, providing timely and accurate responses to participants.
  • Complete and update administration reports, providing valuable insights for programme improvement.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with participants, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude with proven experience in a customer-service-related role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision or as part of a team, demonstrating independence and initiative.
  • IT literate with familiarity in using MS Office products, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
