Kream is recognized as a prominent representative of a respected automotive brand. They are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to enhance their vibrant front-of-house team following a recent internal promotion.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly greeting and assisting customers in a professional manner throughout the day
  • Scheduling vehicle appointments in the technical workshop
  • Coordinating with the workshop team to track the progress of vehicles and ensure timely delivery
  • Providing outstanding customer service, including organizing customers' onward travel plans, keeping them informed during the service process, and ensuring a smooth handover after service completion
  • Maintaining comprehensive product knowledge and staying updated on manufacturer training
  • Approaching repair sales in a professional manner
  • Upholding cleanliness standards and efficiently managing administrative tasks
