- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the forklift industry.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and proposal development.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable business deals.
- Product and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to forklifts and material handling equipment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MHE preferred).

- Strong understanding of forklifts, material handling equipment, and industrial machinery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
