About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager - B2B to join our team at Refresco UK. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key contract manufacturing accounts, seeking to grow, develop, and maintain profitable incremental business with existing and new contract manufacturing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Refresco UK delivers an excellent and professional service to your portfolio of client accounts.
  • Ensure that both Refresco UK and contract manufacturing clients fulfill their contractual responsibilities and agreed procedural obligations.
  • Delivery of assigned volume and EBITDA budgets and taking corrective action when any deviation from the budget plan occurs.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing clients and build the plan to deliver.
  • Working with the finance team and Accounts Controller to ensure prices are reviewed and adjusted periodically.
  • Managing allocated key accounts to deliver against Refresco objectives and customer KPI's.
  • Work with quality assurance, procurement, and operations to identify value engineering initiatives and take action to leverage.
  • Devise and implement account plans for your portfolio of clients.
  • Manage and deliver contract manufacturing projects, making sure that project plans are defined and on track to meet client expectations.
  • Taking responsibility for the effective implementation of new projects.
  • Working closely with the Customer Coordinators to ensure project plans are defined and on track to meet customer expectations.
About You

We are looking for a commercial professional with a background in the beverage industry, who has experience in managing key accounts and driving business growth. You will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be a strong team player, with a passion for delivering results and exceeding targets. You will also be able to demonstrate how you have grown profitable client accounts in a previous similar role and provide examples of successful product project planning from conception to launch.
