National Account Manager - B2B - Refresco UK - Head Office

As National Account Manager - B2B you will report to the National Account Controller, and manage a portfolio of our key contract manufacturing accounts, seeking to grow, develop and maintain profitable incremental business with existing and new contract manufacturing clients. You will also be making a critical contribution to Refresco Contract Manufacturing growing it's overall share of the Refresco UK business versus Private Label.

You will be required to travel to customer sites and Refresco manufacturing sites in the UK as needed.
As National Account Manager - B2B - here are some of your key tasks and responsibilities:
Ensure Refresco UK delivers an excellent and professional service to your portfolio of client accounts.
Ensure that both Refresco UK and contract manufacturing clients fulfil their contractual responsibilities and agreed procedural obligations.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing clients and build the plan to deliver.
Working with the finance team and Accounts Controller to ensure prices are reviewed and adjusted periodically.
Managing allocated key accounts to deliver against Refresco objectives and customer KPI’s.
Work with quality assurance, procurement and operations to identify value engineering initiatives and take action to leverage.
Devise and implement account plans for your portfolio of clients.
Manage and deliver contract manufacturing projects, making sure that project plans are defined and on track to meet client expectations.
Taking responsibility for the effective implementation of new projects.
Working closely with the Customer Coordinators to ensure project plans are defined and on track to meet customer expectations
Ultimately, we want you to demonstrate our core values of agility, responsibility, passion, excellence, and entrepreneurship, acting as a role model to colleagues, particularly the more junior members of the contract manufacturing commercial team. On the technical side you will need previous experience as an Account Manager with beverages and/or food manufacturing background, plus you will need to have exposure of and an in depth understanding of, a B2B and/or contract manufacturing. You will be able to demonstrate how you have grown profitable client accounts in a previous similar role and give examples of successful product project planning from conception to launch.

We offer a car allowance (as there will be requirment to travel to clients and Refresco UK manufacturing sites as needed) an annual bonus incentive, a good company pension scheme, personal private healthcare, 3x basic salary life assurance plus 27 days holiday in addition to bank holidays (with the option to purchase additional holidays) and access to a sports and social fund.

Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.00, on a hybrid working basis (2 days WFH / 3 days in the offices) and free, onsite parking.
