Facilities Coordinator

Kennedys is seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to enhance our operational support at the Chelmsford office. This role is essential in delivering top-tier support services to ensure a conducive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fostering strong relationships with onsite stakeholders and teams
  • Maintaining positive interactions with colleagues and business services
  • Building and nurturing partnerships with external service providers
  • Serving as the primary contact for office-related inquiries and issues
  • Proactively addressing onsite challenges and ensuring swift resolutions
  • Ensuring that office spaces meet the required standards for both staff and clients
  • Coordinating maintenance activities and managing permit issuance
  • Assisting with reception duties and facilitating meetings
  • Keeping records current and complying with Service Level Agreements
  • Managing inventory and orders for supplies such as stationery
  • Overseeing Facilities Management and property maintenance tasks
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including internal distribution and archiving
  • Tracking and processing invoices related to Facilities
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Facilities team

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Facilities management, especially within professional services
  • Strong skills in document management
  • Exceptional administrative and communication abilities
  • Proactive approach to addressing user concerns
  • Adaptable mindset towards stakeholder engagement
  • Willingness to travel between various locations
  • Collaborative team player
