Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the head office team with a variety of tasks, ensuring a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Engage in the onboarding process for new recruits, as well as manage facilities, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Oversee estate and vehicle fleet management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with housekeeping and other property-related administrative duties.
  • Provide marketing support by coordinating client events and managing social media initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 12-18 months of experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and a solid understanding of social media platforms.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
  • A Full UK Driving License is advantageous due to the nature of the role.
