Key Responsibilities:

· Assist Account Managers in maintaining customer accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.

· Manage client communications, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries.

· Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requests and resolve any issues, guaranteeing exceptional service for our clients.

· Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions to ensure accuracy and accountability.

· Aid in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings.

· Work alongside our sales team to identify potential areas for account expansion, ensuring our clients receive the best offerings available.

Qualifications:

What We Are Looking For:

· Prior experience in an administrative or customer support capacity.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage tasks effectively.

· Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

· Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a valuable asset.
