We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Executive to join our Client Services team at Influencer. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing influencer content campaigns, building and nurturing relationships with creators, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Campaign Management: Support the day-to-day management of influencer content campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Creator Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, fostering a collaborative environment that drives successful campaigns.
  • Strategic Research: Conduct thorough research to identify and vet creators, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand values.
  • Campaign Oversight: Manage campaigns via our platform, Waves, including brief and content uploads, creator payments, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Client Support: Provide 360-degree support to our self-service clients on the platform, ensuring seamless campaign execution and exceeding client expectations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to produce end-of-campaign reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or a related social media role.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
  • Teamwork and Communication: A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Negotiation and Presentation: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present campaign results and recommendations to clients.
