We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team at Onebright. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients on their mental health journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
  • Manage a portfolio of cases, providing proactive administrative support to clients, customers, and therapists.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to maintain regular contact with clients, customers, and therapists.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer-facing environment, with a proven track record of supporting clients on the phone.
  • Competent in managing administration tasks within Microsoft software suite.
  • Ability to travel to our Head office 3 days a week.
