About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team at Onebright. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients on their mental health journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to clients, including managing their portfolios and handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and support to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, therapists, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer service or customer-facing environment.
  • Competent in managing administration tasks, specifically within Microsoft software suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
