About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team at Onebright. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients on their mental health journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
  • Manage a portfolio of client cases, providing proactive administrative support and maintaining regular contact with clients, customers, and therapists.
  • Work collaboratively with a large and supportive team to achieve excellent client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a customer service or customer-facing environment, with a proven ability to support clients on the phone.
  • Competency in managing administration tasks within the Microsoft software suite.
  • Ability to travel to our Head office 3 days a week.
