Facilities Management Assistant

Hexagon Group is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of a prestigious client's property portfolio across London's West End.

You will be working closely with the facilities management team to ensure the smooth operation of the property portfolio. This will involve coordinating work with contractors, managing administrative tasks, and utilizing systems such as Elogbooks, Proactis, and Planon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for any tenant queries
  • Raising and issuing purchase orders
  • Completing health and safety reports using the internal system
  • Liaising with contractors and coordinating work
  • Ensuring the planned maintenance schedule requirements are met
  • Supporting the wider facilities management team with administrative duties

You will have several years of experience working within the facilities management field, ideally in an administrative position. In addition, you will have experience working with Elogbooks, Proactis, and Planon, or similar systems. An industry-recognized certificate such as an IOSH may also be beneficial.
