Position Overview

As we embark on an exciting growth journey, we are seeking motivated and innovative individuals to join our expanding team of Regional Account Managers.

The Regional Account Manager plays a crucial role in fostering and sustaining relationships with our NHS partners, focusing on client retention while identifying opportunities to enhance the value derived from our solutions to secure successful renewals.

Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of accounts within your designated region, establishing yourself as the primary contact for our NHS partners. You will also spearhead engagement strategies for the broader healthcare ecosystem, collaborating with entities such as Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), Cancer Alliances, and Health Innovation Networks.

This position is part of a newly established team with significant growth potential as we scale. With plans to expand our presence within the NHS, this role serves as a pathway to future leadership opportunities, contributing to the development of a dynamic account management team.

You will report directly to our Head of Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategically manage a portfolio of NHS accounts.
  2. Formulate and implement success strategies for each account in your region.
  3. Establish relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within the NHS.
  4. Engage proactively with our NHS partners to comprehend their objectives, challenges, and satisfaction levels.
  5. Enhance retention through effective renewal strategies, including business case development, re-procurement, and contracting.
  6. Build strong connections with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who are willing to advocate for our solutions.
  7. Assist in developing strategies to leverage local and national discussions surrounding dermatology.
  8. Facilitate new business opportunities by connecting successes and prospects across the region while addressing marketing needs.
  9. Contribute to the management of our CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions and account metrics.

Candidate Profile

  • 5-7 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, or Strategy Consulting.
  • Experience within the NHS or the broader healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and user requirements.
  • Interest in and aptitude for technology.
  • Confidence in leading commercial negotiations, with experience navigating NHS procurement processes.
  • Comfortable in a start-up environment, adept at managing fast-paced projects and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in people management with an interest in future line management opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technological concepts.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a talent for building trusted relationships.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, acting as a liaison between partners/patients and internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Clinical, etc.).
  • Proactive and results-oriented, willing to take initiative and responsibility.
  • Passionate, driven, and self-motivated.

Work Environment
