Role Overview
We are seeking an Executive Manager to lead our Private Clients division in the South region. This position reports directly to the Head of Private Clients and involves close collaboration with national and regional teams to achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring financial performance aligns with the established regional budget.
- Delivering exceptional and consistent regional outcomes against defined performance metrics, including:
- Complaint management
- Overseeing your own caseload while supporting team members as needed
- Assisting in complaint resolution
- Providing support during team members' absences
- Fostering a dynamic and engaging work environment.
- Promoting staff development through:
- Identifying and facilitating training needs
- Assisting in succession planning by recognizing talent and providing growth opportunities
- Collaborating with Product Heads to enhance Specialist Practices by:
- Identifying future specialist capabilities
- Delivering on regional growth opportunities through strategic partnerships with brokers and insurers
- Participating in the Account Management of both existing and potential insurer clients.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in the private clients loss adjusting sector.
- Significant team management experience, including coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to build effective working relationships.
