Position Overview
We are currently seeking an Executive Manager to oversee our Private Clients division in the South region. Reporting directly to the Head of Private Clients, you will collaborate closely with national and regional teams to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Your role will encompass:

  • Monitoring financial performance against the established regional budget.
  • Ensuring excellent and consistent regional performance based on set metrics, including complaint management.
  • Managing your own caseload while supporting team members as needed, including:
    - Assisting with complaint resolutions
    - Providing support during staff absences
  • Fostering a dynamic and energetic work environment.
  • Promoting staff development through:
    - Identifying and facilitating training needs
    - Assisting with succession planning by recognizing talent and providing development opportunities
  • Collaborating with Product Heads to enhance Specialist Practices, including:
    - Identifying future specialist capabilities
    - Delivering on regional growth opportunities through strategic partnerships

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess experience in the private clients loss adjusting sector, coupled with substantial team management expertise, including coaching and mentoring abilities. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, with a proven ability to build effective working relationships. A commitment to delivering high-quality outputs on time, along with excellent communication and organizational skills, is crucial for success in this role.
