Regional **Client Relationship Manager (Reinsurance)**

Aon is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to become part of our regional reinsurance division.

The Client Relationship Manager – Regional will collaborate closely with account executives and client teams to deliver both technical and administrative assistance for regional operations, particularly in the placement and management of reinsurance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Relationship Manager – Regional, your responsibilities will include:

Partnering with account executives and client teams to promote reinsurance transactions, engaging with clients, reinsurers, and colleagues from Aon. Drafting and reviewing contractual agreements, ensuring adherence to all parties' stipulations. Creating client and market submissions, analyzing data, and developing presentations. Tracking transactions, maintaining progress documentation, and providing updates. Responding to inquiries from clients and reinsurers, coordinating with other departments as necessary. Managing data within Aon's information technology systems. Adhering to Aon UK Limited's Risk Management Framework and policies to minimize business risks.

Skills for Success:

The ideal Client Relationship Manager will possess:

A Level education or equivalent; experience in Reinsurance is advantageous. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Attention to detail, teamwork, and integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work under pressure and in a collaborative setting.
