An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Client Relationship Manager to become part of our successful team operating in the London region.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will be located in London or nearby areas and will be responsible for visiting clients, engaging with potential clients, and attending necessary meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and effective management of customer accounts, including regular Water Treatment visits as required.
  • Conducting scheduled technical visits to clients as per the agreed timetable.
  • Planning personal sales initiatives and client outreach, prioritizing tasks to align with Company objectives while managing personal time and productivity.
  • Overseeing the assigned customer accounts or territory in accordance with the market development strategy set by the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Responding promptly to all sales inquiries.
  • Enhancing and expanding the Company's business with current clients by ensuring they are informed about the full spectrum of the Company's offerings.
  • Completing and organizing all necessary paperwork, certifications, and compliance documents.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in conducting analytical service visits for steam boilers, closed systems, cooling towers, and effluent.
  • Familiarity with HSG274 guidance.
  • A valid UK driving license is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in account management.
  • Strong sales capabilities with a proven ability to meet targets.
  • Experience in cultivating robust relationships with clients.
  • Excellent presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in water hygiene and treatment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and digital quoting platforms.
  • Self-driven and capable of consistently delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong IT proficiency.
