Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Audio Visual Services Supervisor to join our dynamic London team. This role is pivotal in representing proAV and ensuring exceptional service delivery at a prestigious financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Audio Visual Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Comprehensive Management: Oversee all aspects of daily service delivery in meeting rooms and AV-enabled spaces utilized by clients and partners.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage large onsite engineering teams, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with interdependent teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate activities between proAV teams, including technical support, field service, project teams, and client interactions.
  • Staff Management: Develop weekly rotas for the AV team and annual plans for the business-as-usual (BAU) team.
  • Training and Development: Onboard and train new team members, identifying and addressing any skills gaps within the BAU team.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance improvement initiatives as necessary.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed reports to the proAV Senior Account Manager, including monthly statistical data related to client services.
  • Project Coordination: Manage project-related tasks, including client liaison, onsite coordination, and purchase order generation.
